SUPfit - Floating Fitness!
This is a great group activity
(45 minutes) where you will be doing fitness exercises, with a little bit of yoga, whilst floating on the water in an open-air swimming pool.
Easy for beginners and non-swimmers!
All equipment is provided and includes full safety briefing and instruction.
SUPfit is an innovative fitness program on water. It was created utilizing the years of experience from our fitness trainers. Knowing what exercises works well on water creates a class that works well with both beginner to experienced.
SUPfit is basically the same moves as you would do in a studio but with the extra challenge on a floating board and fun in an open air environment.
The FloatBoard platform adds a totally unique core body workout by creating controlled instability.
RBRC members and non-members are welcome.
No extra charge required for non-members.
Having some fun after a SUPfit class
Minimum SUPfit class size is 6. Maximum is 18.
If the minimum class size is not achieved by 3 hours before the class, the class will be canceled and your credit card won't be charged. You will also be notified by email of the cancellation.
Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before the class. If you still would like to join then you could always try your luck with a walk-in, but there's no guarantee that there will be space.

At SUP SURFARI, we believe that fitness truly should be a journey and not just a destination. We are a company that has taken the ancient practice of yoga along with land-based fitness routines and brought the water for a unique and invigorating workout experience.
Our instructors are passionate about guiding our students into a routine that has them eager to workout and enjoy their own personal fitness journeys. Our
goal is to provide our students with a fun and engaging workout that will bring awareness and presence into their everyday lives. On and off the water our students learn to over come chaos and distraction by focusing on balance and what it truly means to be present.

All of our classes are held on the popular FloatBoard by SUP SURFARI which provides extraordinary stability on the unstable water surface. The FloatBoard is an incredible training platform that encourages core engagement and small muscle activation throughout your entire workout. Our students love the stability the FloatBoard provides especially if this is their first time trying it out. Our more advanced students love the FloatBoard because it provides numerous anchoring options which allows them to try more difficult postures and routines.
SUPfit classes are held at the Royal Brunei Recreational Club (RBRC).
The RBRC is located right next to the International Airport with many facilities. The club is open to both members and non-members. Facilities include a football field, a multi-purpose hall which can hold up to 2 badminton courts, wading pool and a lap-pool for adults, poolside cafe, dance studio that runs dance and fitness classes, gym, function rooms, track and field, tennis courts and children’s playground.
